Challenge
SM SOLD was commissioned to establish a new agent group targeting the highest priced real estate market on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
Action
As Maui is a remote vacation paradise, the key to success was the establishment of local fame and (inter)national attention.
SM SOLD implemented a multi-channel marketing strategy consisting of first class marketing assets, an extensive advertising campaign in national magazines, direct mailers, targeted eCampaigns and an affiliation program with several agents in various luxury markets throughout the US.
Designs and content were created with the agent's respect and love for their homeland, Maui.

Challenge
Vertical Living! An ever increasing popular trend of the West Coast. SM SOLD was challenged to increase the market share of the McMonigle Group in this specialty segment.
Action
SM SOLD approached the project not as a sub-section of an established business, but as an independent venture with its own identity, catering to its specific demographics.
A website was created that acts as THE 'go-to' address for vertical-living real estate, a hub featuring information, condominium towers and availabilities throughout various cities in the Southwestern US. Ad campaigns, eCampaigns and brochures highlighted featured towers.
The SM SOLD efforts resulted in numerous successful transactions.

OC Towers - McMonigle Urban

Challenge
The Palm Realty Boutique requested marketing support in order to aggressively expand their newly founded business in their local farm area of Manhattan Beach.
Action
SM SOLD created a highly recognizable identity reflecting the lifestyle of a beach city while avoiding the traps of the usual cliches.
The unconventional 'For Sale' and 'Open House' signs quickly became a familiar icon in this tight community. In order to achieve additional brand exposure, ads were placed unconventionally in local hot-spots.

Challenge
The Cherniss Group hired SM SOLD to reposition their business and become the area specialist for the ever increasingly popular area of Playa Vista.
Action
A new company branding, an informative area website, direct mailers, a targeted ad campaign and a brand new luxury golf cart for neighborhood tours and private showings were implemented.
In addition, area events organized by the Cherniss Group allowed neighbors and visitors to personally meet the team, keep updated on the latest and greatest in the Playa Vista real estate market, and simply put: make new friends.

The start-up company 2Media, Inc. approached SM SOLD to build their core products: local luxury real estate search engines.
Action
After analyzing the value proposition of 2Media's business model, SM SOLD developed an innovative interface with interactive property searches, real estate facts and trends, neighborhood information and social networking.

Higher priced properties = higher commissions. The Morel Group shifted their focus to high-end real estate and hired SM SOLD to generate appeal to luxury real estate clients.
Action
In order to match the psychographics of luxury real estate clients, SM SOLD overhauled the entire marketing approach of The Morel Group.
'Going the extra step' was reflected in all marketing assets, from the new logo to the specially designed 'Thank you' cards. Within weeks, The Morel Group posted record listings.

Challenge
In order to establish a competitive advantage, Emerald Coast Properties was in need of a major marketing overhaul. The new assets required sensitivity to prior brand efforts and the company’s expertise and knowledge as local area specialists.
Action
After carefully analyzing the existing brand, all assets were given a new professional, fresh, but recognizable look and feel, a few with seasonal specific designs.
In addition, area images were placed not only to visually anchor their area of action, but as an homage to the spectacular white beaches, turquoise waters and fun activities of this beach front community.
