Bressi Ranch Realty, a brokerage located in Carlsbad, California, hired SM Sold to develop their website.  

The ultimate goal of the site was not just to build a site focused on the real estate of Bressi Ranch, but the entire community and it's ammenities. This was achieved through an interactive Flash map which shows community features and active listings, augmented concierge section and community news blog.
